Requirements
  • A Bachelors degree, and 8 years experience in talent & development, organizational development or human resources consulting required
  • Must have experience in working in a corporate setting
  • Familiarity with instructional design theories and methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced organization while achieving daily responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills with HR colleagues
  • Skilled at building effective relationships, guiding with and influencing people from various backgrounds and levels
  • Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a complex, change-oriented environment
  • Passionate about designing and implementing innovative learning and development programs as well as talent management initiatives, including leadership and employee development, and hi-potential programs
  • Motivational style to drive employee engagement and retention of knowledge
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a strategic Learning and Education plan for Employee Journey and Learning Development
  • Support new hire orientation, onboarding and knowledge/skill-based practicum training
  • Design and develop additional training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, participant and facilitator guides, and job aids
  • Partner with Business Leads to define training needs and determine knowledge gaps across teams
  • Support learning registration process though Workday Learn LMS
  • Design and develop content for eLearning and/or instructor-led courses
  • Support dialogue scripts, apply graphic design skills, program user interactions, and record software simulations, demonstrations and/or voiceover
  • Partnering with teams and Employee Experience to implement change management strategies that will support the adoption of people & culture initiatives throughout the business
  • Partnering with the business on talent development strategies to drive the growth, development and engagement of our employees
  • Providing input into the new employee learning journey strategy
  • Leading/ participating in initiatives related to learning and development, diversity, equity & inclusion, and engagement
  • Arranging or facilitating trainings or development programs for businesses, departments, teams, or individuals
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferred Experience with Workday, Greenhouse Onboarding and KnowBe4 Platforms
  • Facilitation skills preferred but not required
  • Certified in talent assessments is a nice-to-have
