Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner, welcoming them into our showroom and responding to telephone or online inquiries.
- Responsible for engaging guests with Toyota’s brand history as well as the latest vehicles, products, and technologies.
- Showcase outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things Toyota through product and vehicle presentations.
- Assist guests on test drive of vehicle(s).
- Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features.
- Ensure that each vehicle has met all pre-delivery requirements.
- Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies at delivery, answering any questions that might arise from the guest.
- Stay current on all Toyota vehicles, products, and features by attending/reviewing product and training courses.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
