  • Drive the successful implementation, deployment and adoption of Suki with major health system clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Ensure Suki is delivering exceptionally well on key success metrics
  • Manage on-time delivery across all functional areas with clients and Suki colleagues
  • Proactively identify and drive the resolution of risks and issues
  • Develop creative solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage the onboarding process for designated clients
  • Conduct onboarding for enterprise end users
  • Present periodic performance reviews and engage with clients on opportunities to expand usage and value
  • Analyze customer metrics and craft high-impact client presentations
  • Improve existing processes and develop new approaches for client satisfaction
  • Engage with Marketing on opportunities to increase user engagement
  • Provide structured customer insights to the Product team
