Responsibilities
  • Provide support to AM and Delivery teams with the mapping and campaign setup for all North America Media campaigns
  • Act as a company expert for Datorama campaign data processes; identify top issue drivers and solutions to mitigate
  • Ensure data integrity and manage billing and commissions reporting; recommend changes for process improvements
  • Create dashboards and reports to allow teams to easily explore data pertinent to their ongoing operations
  • Create calculated fields, reports, & dashboards
  • Define QA guidelines and manage data integrity and QA process
  • Develop best practices for systems usage and conduct user training
  • Develop workflows for any new and document existing processes within Datorama
  • Develop solutions that proactively improve operational efficiency for stakeholders
  • Monitor row usage and develop workflows and guidelines to remove unnecessary data in order to keep Datorama costs down
  • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully achieve their reporting needs by applying your knowledge of the Datorama reporting
Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ years previous experience working with Datorama or other BI tools is a plusPrior knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, understanding of marketing metrics, and analytical products offered as a service is preferred
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce and SQL a plus
