About the Role:

The Senior Business Development Associate is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives among Weee!’s sales, marketing and business development professionals. The Senior Business Development will focus on revenue generating partnerships, but it also touches strategy, product management, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and other departments necessary to vet and scale new offerings and partner segments. 

What you will do:

• Responsible for GMV growth
• Work with marketing team and prepare vendors promotional plans on a weekly basis
• Establish partnerships with perspective future restaurants
• Proactively maintain corporations with existing restaurants for promotions and product accuracy
• Own the end-to-end sales process for local restaurants
• Gather and communicate restaurants’ feedback to our Product teams to ensure the product innovates to fit the merchant’s needs
• Be able to come up practical growth plan and put into action

• You are persistent and passionate about sales
• You can adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet
• You are comfortable with working in a scaling startup environment
• You have 1-2 years of sales/BD experience
• You are bilingual in Chinese and English

Compensation Range

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $58,500-$69,000
• This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
