Responsibilities
  • Achieving Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed set KPIs and stretch goals, maintaining a sharp focus on results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Delivering High-Quality Work: Ensure a minimum quality score of 88%, aligning with performance standards to contribute to the team's overall success.
  • Supporting Underwriting Decisions: Collaborate with underwriters by reviewing submissions, endorsements, inspections, claims, and renewals, ensuring smooth processing within your level of authority.
  • Identifying Risk and Taking Action: Spot key underwriting risk factors and quickly escalate issues when necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Handling Key Processes: Manage correspondence, verify data, and handle policy changes efficiently, making sure both customer-facing and internal processes run smoothly.
  • Enhancing Efficiency: Play a pivotal role in improving manual processes while guiding Operations agents to the right resources to ensure streamlined workflows.
  • Staying Adaptable: As the company grows, you’ll adapt to new tasks and responsibilities driven by procedural updates, automation, and product launches, always staying ready for the next challenge.
