  • Experience in computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Zoom)
Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential program participants to assess program eligibility and enroll them into programming based on funder guidelines
  • Conduct intake meetings to determine short- and long-term career goals of program participants
  • Meet with program participants on a recurring basis to discuss progress toward established goals
  • Maintain open communication with the program manager and workshop instructors
  • Conduct evaluations to identify and address barriers to successful program outcomes
  • Refer clients to other relevant WRM programs and community agencies/resources
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client files and case notes
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain systems, policies, and procedures for the Economic Empowerment Services team
  • Participate in the design and execution of programs or courses for client development
  • Engage with volunteers, church groups, and service providers
  • Complete reports, service plans, monthly reports, network calls, and other tasks related to program and organizational initiatives
