Responsibilities
  • Work onsite to improve business processes with technology
  • Apply analytical abilities to enterprise systems and data
  • Work cross-functionally within the business and Global IS
  • Prepare/create report templates for program team
  • Prepare and present an overview on new process and metrics
  • Project management including project status and process development
  • Define opportunities, priorities and recommendations to improve user experience around technology services
  • Update team training documentation
