  • Support major brand initiatives, including onboarding experiences and materials for members, prospects, partners, and employees.
  • Work collaboratively with copy, design, video, social, and marketing partners to develop integrated creative ideas.
  • Stay current on emerging creative trends, platforms, technologies, and artificial intelligence tools, bringing new ideas and approaches into the team.
  • Balance creative excellence with the realities of a fast-moving content environment, producing and overseeing multiple assets, formats, and variations without sacrificing brand quality.
Desired Qualifications
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Business-to-business experience is an asset but not required.

Ensemble runs a digital marketplace for behind-the-scenes artifacts of the creative process, such as sketches, drafts, storyboards, and concept art. It also provides artist support services to help choose which artifacts to sell and manage sales, along with writing and video production to contextualize the work for audiences. The Ensemble Sketchbook lets artists digitize and mint their sketches as NFTs on BASE, an Ethereum layer-2 blockchain. By focusing on intermediate art stages and offering editorial context plus media, Ensemble aims to connect artists with collectors and preserve the history of digital creativity.

What believers are saying

  • Ensemble updated its site July 23-24, 2026, showing active product maintenance.
  • The Sketchbook launched as a physical-to-digital bridge for collectible sketch monetization.
  • Lattice publicized backing, validating investor belief in process-art markets and artist monetization.

What critics are saying

  • PitchBook listed only two employees in April 2025, limiting execution capacity.
  • The company raised just $1 million by 2023, starving inventory acquisition and marketing.
  • BASE and NFT demand dependence makes liquidity collapse an existential risk by 2027.

What makes Ensemble unique

  • Ensemble owns a niche marketplace for process artifacts, not finished artwork.
  • Its Sketchbook product combines analog capture with BASE minting for sketches.
  • Artists receive curation, writing, and video production services alongside sales support.
