Responsibilities
  • Full accountability for the revenue, profitability, and growth of the Compliance Line of Business.
  • Develop and execute the strategic direction of the business unit, aligned with the company strategic plan.
  • Lead global teams across Sales, Product, R&D, Support, and Services to ensure cohesive execution and operational excellence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and regulatory changes to guide product evolution and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive the roadmap and lifecycle of key products (NTR, NTRX, SURVEIL-X), ensuring they remain competitive and compliant.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Implement scalable processes and systems that support sustainable growth and service delivery.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and teams within the business unit.
  • Collaborate with cross-business unit critical stakeholders, and leadership teams to achieve common objectives, while always promoting the greater good of the company.
