  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, e-commerce, marketing or a related field.
  • Ten or more years of experience in strategic marketing, digital service management or business-to-consumer operations.
  • A proven track record in team management, with the ability to motivate, develop and supervise web editorial or operational teams.
  • The ability to collaborate with technology development teams while staying focused on business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization best practices, YouTube algorithms and current online trends.
  • Proficiency interpreting data and handling decision-making tools such as Power BI and Adobe Analytics.
  • Broad knowledge of and interest in current events, sports, arts and variety programming.
  • Agility, composure and responsiveness when adjusting priorities in response to unforeseen developments and current events.
  • Human-centred leadership with strong listening, guidance and cross-functional influence skills.

  • French reading, speaking and writing proficiency at the advanced level.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in quarterly and annual strategic and operational planning processes, including performance reviews and priority adjustments.
  • Define key performance indicators and achievement targets for ICI TOU.TV’s News, Sports and Variety Section.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on market trends, subscription and viewing behaviour, and business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional cohesion and guide decisions in line with the vision and strategic objectives of the ICI TOU.TV platform.
  • Participate in strategic planning committees and ideation and innovation sessions supporting the ongoing development of services.
  • Oversee daily publishing of news, sports and variety content on ICI TOU.TV.
  • Run ICI TOU.TV operations for special and live major events, including the Olympic Games, Eurovision, special news programming, year-end variety programming and live streaming.
  • Optimize workflows among programming, marketing, product, digital innovation, technology and customer service teams to ensure speed and efficiency.
  • Guarantee high editorial standards, enrich metadata management and apply advanced search engine optimization strategies to maximize referrals.
  • Develop and execute the YouTube growth strategy for variety content and promote off-platform discoverability.
  • Supervise the creation of appealing visuals and thumbnails, playlist management, and optimization of retention, viewing time and impression metrics.
  • Engage departments and ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Oversee, empower and support the ICI TOU.TV team of digital editors responsible for editorializing, showcasing and publishing content from the News, Sports and Variety Section.
  • Mentor the team and co-workers as they develop analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Promote innovation, diligence and operational excellence and explore the integration of new technologies.
