Requirements
  • Minimum qualifications include having a diploma/degree in hospitality, with technical skills and experience in a comparable or higher role in luxury hotels with proven results.
  • Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with various hotel systems including POS platforms, Property Management Systems, and Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Good command of English and French written and spoken.
  • Valid EU driving license to park clients' vehicles with no points and no pending criminal charges.
  • The days and specific hours are based on company needs, seasonality and local labor laws.
  • The role will require standing and walking for long periods and lifting heavy materials up to 15 kg.
  • Contract is Seasonal 40 hours per week, 2 days off, accommodation included.
  • Languages: English and French mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver and retrieve guests' luggage and request items in accordance with standards and procedures quickly and efficiently, and assist guests on request.
  • Deliver newspapers, breakfasts, and messages to guests' rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure ski equipment is prepared at the ski chalet for owners or guests before their first day of skiing.
  • Maintain parking cleanliness and keep the car wash in pristine condition of cleanliness and use.
  • Ensure ski valet tasks are completed when requested by supervisors.
  • Ensure proper transfer of guests with the chauffeur company on request.
  • Load and unload vehicles upon guests' arrival and departure and assist guests to enter and exit vehicles; park guests' cars in the correct parking spots.
  • Maintain cleanliness of client areas including the lobby and report any defects.
  • Assist the Bell Captain to maintain good working relationships and effective coordination among Guest Experience Managers, concierges, bellboys, and the butlers team.
  • Handle guest requests by providing precise and appropriate information.
  • Report any illness or accidents affecting clients, irregularities to the Bell Captain or the Front Office Manager.
  • Take promptly to Housekeeping any items forgotten by rooms on check-out and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to the position, in accordance with brand requirements and legal requirements.
  • Ensure client privacy and protect residential owners' data with added protection for all sensitive personal data and only use confidential information to perform the job.
  • Ensure all service equipment is kept clean and in good operating condition.
  • Be a sales advocate for our SIX SENSES SPA facilities and treatments.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as needed.
  • Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisor/management.
