We are currently seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager specializing in the following area to join our Project and Development Services team.

1. Experience with project Construction Administration of specific value.

Such as construction document review, day to day oversight of Construction Manager, understanding of scope of work in construction documents, experience with building MEP systems, Commissioning, RFI and Change Order Management

2. Experience with multiple different construction management agreements.

Such as Construction Manager at Risk, Design Build, etc

3. Experience with deferred maintenance projects.

Such as chiller replacements, boiler replacements, electrical gear, building envelopes, BAS systems, etc. of specific value.

4. Comfort with a variety of different project types.

JLL clients include a wide range of building types including, but not limited to: Hospitality, Higher Education, Office, Industrial, building equipment and system repairs, etc.
Museum or Cultural Spaces construction experience preferred

What this job involves

Managing industry changing projects

As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects. Your strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to push the business forward through innovative and industry changing ideas. You will contribute to the development of project budgeting and scheduling and overseeing the strategy and execution through completion of construction. You will be focused on the client experience by providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities.

Creating strategic and collaborative solutions

You are an individual who sees the big picture, acts decisively and focuses on creating an energized and collaborative environment. As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team. You will also contribute to developing successful, diverse teams through inclusive and thoughtful means of communication. Success will be measured by your ability to develop winning strategies for project execution.

Education and experience

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is preferred
7+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
Experience in construction management preferred

The real estate and construction industries are consistently changing with technology. You’ll need to make technology work to your advantage.
