CLEAR provides a subscription-based service that speeds up the identity verification process at security checkpoints, primarily targeting frequent travelers, sports fans, and event-goers. By using biometric technology, such as fingerprints and iris scans, CLEAR allows members to access dedicated lanes at airports, stadiums, and other venues, significantly reducing wait times. Unlike traditional ID checks, CLEAR's touchless system enhances convenience and efficiency. The company differentiates itself from competitors through its partnerships with major airlines, enabling members to integrate their airline status for quicker access. CLEAR's goal is to streamline the security experience while ensuring the protection of personal data, as evidenced by its SAFETY Act Certification from the Department of Homeland Security.
