Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, engineering, etc.)
  • 2+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager or similar function, ideally at either a consulting firm or a financial services firm
  • Strong knowledge of workflow methodologies, frameworks and tools (e.g. Jira (preferred), Asana)
  • Demonstrate a commonsense approach to problem-solving
  • Experience and track record of management and timely execution of projects
  • Self-motivated, driven and ability with complete tasks / initiatives end-to-end
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to keep projects on track
  • Collaborate with various division heads to optimize processes and drive organizational efficiency
  • Identify problems or challenges, define approach and required analyses
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and product owners
  • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure project alignment with expectations
  • Build impactful reports/presentations to communicate with senior management on project progress, final outcomes and implementation plans
  • Assist in formulating data-driven business intelligence and insights as well as competitor monitoring where required
  • Craft impactful C-level presentations, reports, talking points, and briefing memos to help with external engagements
  • Build and run cadence for internal and external meetings including material creation (e.g. powerpoint presentations), distribution, and follow-up
  • Coordinate weekly management meetings, quarterly business reviews and annual offsites
  • Facilitate high-level meetings, ensuring that discussions and decisions align with the organization's strategic direction
  • Create and maintain project dashboards and reports in Jira to track project performance and key metrics
  • Present project updates and status reports to stakeholders and leadership
