Title: Client Success Manager  

Location: Remote - Up to 50% travel required 

Salary Range: $72,000 - $110,000

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location.

About the Role:

The Client Success Manager is responsible for forging mutually beneficial, long-standing relationships with our customers with a focus on relationship retention and optimization of product/platform engagement.  The most effective way to retain customers is to make them as successful as possible in using our product. This position is responsible for partnering to engineer the customer experience for their portfolio. This position is responsible for preventing unnecessary client escalations, driving customer satisfaction, and enabling growth by assisting the organization’s land and expand efforts.

As an expert on our customers and the Curve platform, the Client Success Manager will serve as a knowledgeable and credible liaison-able to both effectively

communicate the product value proposition externally and accurately represent customer needs internally. This individual must have a proven track record of being customer-focused, operationally outstanding, and a proven solution-oriented critical thinker. 

This individual reports to the VP of Client Success and Clinical Strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with facility ownership and local leadership
• Facilitate ongoing training and engagement within established facilities. 
• Act as a customer advocate
• Meet client retention and platform utilization goals
• Promote add-on products and services
• Request and respond to customer feedback
• Provide timely feedback to the facilities, internal stakeholders, and our strategic partners
• Partner with the data team to create and deliver performance reports for all assigned customers

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ year(s) experience as a Customer/Client Success Manager OR similar position working with clinical customers & healthcare administrators.
• 2+ year(s) experience facilitating engagement with SaaS products in digital health
• Energy and passion- the concept of managing 30+ customers excites you!
• A "people person" who truly enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly.
• A strong work ethic, proactively following up with our customers and keeping them on track.
• Excellent organizational skills, are able juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
• Proven track record of building and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A passion for teaching and training
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with a solution-driven approach
• Ability to travel up to 50% 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical experience in a post-acute setting
