Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ year(s) experience as a Customer/Client Success Manager OR similar position working with clinical customers & healthcare administrators
  • 2+ year(s) experience facilitating engagement with SaaS products in digital health
  • Energy and passion- the concept of managing 30+ customers excites you!
  • A "people person" who truly enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly
  • A strong work ethic, proactively following up with our customers and keeping them on track
  • Excellent organizational skills, are able juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball
  • Proven track record of building and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A passion for teaching and training
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a solution-driven approach
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with facility ownership and local leadership
  • Facilitate ongoing training and engagement within established facilities
  • Act as a customer advocate
  • Meet client retention and platform utilization goals
  • Promote add-on products and services
  • Request and respond to customer feedback
  • Provide timely feedback to the facilities, internal stakeholders, and our strategic partners
  • Partner with the data team to create and deliver performance reports for all assigned customers
