Responsibilities
  • Ensure every new client is onboarded efficiently and accurately into the CRM with the correct email and sector preferences
  • Proactively seek out the client preferences through all available channels - direct client outreach, liaising with sales/account leads, internet search
  • Work with marketing and operations team to ensure clients receive relevant materials
  • Present and highlight key onboards and findings to commercial team on a weekly basis
  • Determine best method and strategies for keeping client preferences updated
