- Leadership des Personnes — you build a team, not just systems: manage 4 to 5 direct reports (recruitment coordinators, sourcers, operations specialists) in the EPD, GTM and G&A domains, evolving with the company

- Elevate the team beyond planning toward true operations: data analysis, process optimization, systems management and candidate experience
- Manage recruitment and performance — who to hire, develop or move

- Stratégie et Exécution des Opérations Talents — you will:
- Gérer les workflows of the ATS (Ashby, migration from Greenhouse in April 2026), automations, approval chains and reports
- Build real-time analytics dashboards for pipeline health, funnel conversion, time per stage and capacity
- Impose process discipline: move stage within 48 hours, interview feedback within 24 hours, structured debriefings — set standards and enforce
- Collaborate with Finance on headcount planning, forecasting and capacity modeling
- Identify and eliminate manual steps through automation; ensure data integrity and compliance across systems
- Gestion des Outils et Systèmes — you will:
- Ashby: manage configuration, workflows, reports, integrations and adoption
- Evaluation Tools: collaborate with engineering on integration of HackerRank/CodeSignal into Ashby
- Sourcing stack: manage Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter and emerging AI tools; drive adoption and measure ROI
- Interview Intelligence: evaluate and deploy Brighthire for recording and note taking
- Transversal: ensure integration of talent systems with IT, Security and HR Operations; maintain compliance
- Experience with Ashby, particularly workflow automation, custom reporting and API integrations
- Familiarity with capacity modeling and recruiters workload analysis
- Led end-to-end ATS migration (scoping, data migration, model reconstruction, training, adoption tracking)
- Experience with technical assessment tools (CodeSignal, HackerRank) and their ATS integrations
- SQL experience or BI tools to build customized analyses beyond what the ATS offers
