Requirements
  • 40 hours per week
  • Must be 18 or over due to alcohol service
  • Confident using a computer
  • Professional phone manner
  • Warm, approachable personality and strong customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact for guests throughout the night and ensure they feel welcome, supported and well cared for
  • Manage arrivals and departures
  • Handle guest enquiries
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Complete basic computer-based tasks such as reports and system updates
  • Support other overnight operations
  • Serve drinks
  • Take food orders
  • Carry out security checks
  • Assist with early continental breakfast set-up from 4am
  • Help wherever required to keep the hotel running smoothly
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is advantageous
  • Night-shift experience would be beneficial
