  • Leading/participating in team-based projects for New Model Launches
  • Leading meetings with outside groups to develop direction and countermeasures to achieve quality requirements
  • Traveling to vendors to lead design reviews, trials, and equipment buy-off for responsible equipment
  • Validating and characterizing processes for production implementation
  • Creating detailed Manufacturing Instructions to document new processes
  • Completing engineering documentation to support paint processes (PFMEA, Control Plans, Daily Checksheets, etc.)
