Requirements
  • Minimum of 8+ years in pharmaceutical business development, alliance management, or portfolio management, with a demonstrated track record of deal-making and strategic execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Spearhead identification, evaluation, and prioritization of in‑licensing, co‑development, and partnership opportunities aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and government bodies to secure meaningful partnerships.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead negotiations for licensing, co-development, and alliance agreements. Manage due diligence including financial analysis, technical evaluation, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner effectively with R&D, regulatory affairs, legal, manufacturing, and commercial teams to evaluate feasibility and ensure seamless execution of business deals.
  • Develop and deploy business development strategies aimed at achieving revenue and market penetration targets across domestic and export segments.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and forums to amplify visibility and build networks.
  • Continuously track market dynamics, competitor movements, and regulatory shifts to proactively adjust strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
