Digital Transformation Consultant, Junior
Key Role:
Create and deploy custom applications and workflows in the Microsoft Power Platform, in a low-code and no-code app ecosystem. Use Microsoft Office 365 tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down tedious tasks and free up operations experts. Gain expertise using product ownership, Agile development, and UX design on a low-code and no-code platform. Coordinate with client-facing change managers and other digital transformation consultants to deploy multiple applications with a common backend. Help to translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to support business process analysis
Ability to design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications
Ability to use programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
Ability to use low-code and no-code platforms
Ability to create solutions in a collaborative team environment
Ability to develop applications using little to no code and using a low-code or no-code platform to create apps
Ability to perform in a high-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Associate’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Power Platform
Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, Appian, PowerApps, or OpenText
Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, or software products
Experience in working with the DoD
Experience with front-end SharePoint site development
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
