  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a quantitative discipline
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience developing paid media strategies and managing successful campaigns
  • Recruitment marketing experience is a plus
  • 2+ years proven experience driving growth and efficiency via paid marketing programs
  • Deep knowledge and mastery of search engine marketing, display, social, CTV, native marketing and direct mail
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc…
  • Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL or other data analytics tools preferred
  • Ideal blend of right and left brain with enough detail to understand and articulate the story told by data, yet creative enough to develop landing page and advertising concepts
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Solid attention to detail, collaborative, can multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Incredibly organized and can orchestrate internal and external resources effectively to complete projects timely
  • Develop and drive paid media strategy across all New Western brands
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute upon paid media strategy
  • Campaign manage all paid activity through several ad platforms. Ensuring profitability and meeting defined business KPIs
  • Own paid media performance trends, insights, reporting, and budget management
  • Monitor, analyze, report, and optimize performance of marketing campaigns. Determine insights and go-forward plans
  • Support the Direct Mail program, ensuring proper setup, tracking, and execution of continuous mail drops
  • Conduct rigorous experiments and A/B tests to improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Articulate strategies and performance to leadership and internal partners in a way that is easily understood
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team through management of paid media channels on the recruitment side, building strategies and campaigns to meet internal recruitment KPIs and help drive growth for the real estate operation
  • Collaborate with the overall marketing team (partnerships, SEO, operations, PR, social) to facilitate learning and determine growth opportunities
  • Stay on top of industry trends and methodologies, leveraging new capabilities as applicable to the business
