Requirements
  • MBA or equivalent Master’s candidate
  • Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation
  • Bachelor’s degree with a record of high academic achievement
  • 3-5 years professional experience (preferably in management consulting, investment banking, and/or asset management)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, creative, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, driving multiple projects to completion in a fast paced environment

  • Prior experience in or strong demonstrated interest in ESG or impact investing, with familiarity of industry frameworks and terminology
Responsibilities
  • Support the deeper integration of ESG analysis into fundamental equity and credit research across the investment platform through the identification of emerging material ESG topics.
  • Contribute end-to-end support of one or more new impact investing strategies, including working with portfolio managers and research analysts, reviewing fundamental research and impact data, developing impact measurement and reporting.
  • Contribute to related research and thought leadership activities to assist the Stewardship & Sustainable Investing team with client requests, external presentations, and media and marketing activities.
