Assist Warranty Supervisor in submitting warranty claims for payment to Lexus.
Review all repair orders for proper documentation.
Manage Extended Warranty schedules and keep them current.
Submit Extended Warranty claims and process payments when received.
Open and close Roadside repair orders daily.
Create purchase orders for vendors.
Provide administrative support to the Warranty Supervisor and Service Department as needed.
Qualifications:
1-2 years automotive booking experience required
Warranty knowledge highly preferred
CDK experience is highly preferred
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in dealing with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization
Excellent problem solving, decision making, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
