  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Excel, creating pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and using advanced formulas
  • Persuasive communication skills to summarize and clearly articulate complex concepts, including effectively convey insights from analyses to senior leaders
  • Demonstrated strategic, creative and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to drive complex projects to completion using effective project management, communication, and influence; strong ownership of tasks/deadlines/projects
  • Ability to build strong relationships, working productively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and executive management
  • Previous SQL or GBQ experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in a ticket support software (e.g. ServiceNow, Atlassian SupportHub/JIRA) preferred
  • Own the B2B business model from the Financial Operations lens, working with escalated issues from the account management team, as well as monitor and manage incoming cash to ensure accurate and timely application
  • Become fluent in the inner workings of our B2B and B2C businesses, including financial data flows
  • Monitor aged balances and track trends to identify underlying issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Support the Accounting team with month- and quarter-end financial close, including any necessary SOX controls and reconciliations
  • Analyze large data sets and identify trends and actionable takeaways
  • Challenge the status quo of our current work streams and help to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains as we continue to scale
  • Comprehend and consistently apply company policies and procedures. Understand internal accounting processes, practices, SOX and internal controls necessary to safeguard company assets and minimize exposure
