  • BS/BA in Engineering, Project Management, Marketing
  • Expert in Material Handling and or Warehouse operations
  • 5+ years of professional experience and success in complex solution sales or product development in a B2B role.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite; Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Training in strategic selling methodology.
Responsibilities
  • As part of the commercial sales team this role is to work within the customer service organization to define other groups functional requirements, value statement and develop the go to market plan for increased revenue and margin attainment.
  • You will partner with segment leaders as well as key engineering, sales, and operations teams to develop our future service offerings.
  • Accountable for revenue and margin associated with services portfolio.
  • Serve as offering owner for service creation, revision, and release to market.
  • Conduct voice-of-customer (VOC) and market research to identify opportunities based on underlying needs of stakeholders including our customers, our competitions customers, and our 3rd party suppliers.
  • Commercialize offerings, including Service creation, pricing, and costing strategies; sales and technical support training; marketing and communication activities.
  • Manage partnerships, including cross-company development activities, customer support, and escalations.
  • Support sales processes and activities related to the service portfolio.
  • Actively participate in industry networking.
