- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- An Associate Degree in Nursing and 3 years of nursing experience.
- A nursing diploma and 3 years of nursing experience.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 2 years of nursing experience.
- At least one year of successful nurse leadership experience.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the center's state.
- Must maintain current Basic Life Support/ cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.
- Be responsible for the overall operations of the nursing center from 5 PM on Friday until 7 AM on Monday.
- Report to the Director of Nursing.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, family, and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure care delivery is consistent with the company's mission, vision, values, and policies and complies with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Mentor, educate, coach, and discipline nursing team members.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals and serve as a resource to all staff.
- Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain clinical skills.
