Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise applications on SharePoint platforms, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps integration.
  • Proficiency in web and database application development using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, CSS, SQL Server, and web services.
  • Ability to independently produce technical documentation for knowledge management operations, including implementation procedures, planning, workflows, schedules, and application design.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather requirements, convert them into functional applications, and manage the design and functional integrity of solutions.
  • Experience conducting code reviews for security compliance, best practices, and performance, as well as analyzing and optimizing new and existing code.
  • At least 6 years of experience performing software development in Department of Defense environments on mid-sized to major warfighter programs.
  • Current Security+ certification and relevant computing-environment certifications to comply with Department of Defense 8140/8570 requirements for privileged network access.
  • An active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities
  • Develop automated collaborative tools, database solutions, and document management systems to support U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command Knowledge Management initiatives.
  • Provide SharePoint development and administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance within NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments.
  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications and workflows on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Produce technical documentation, including implementation procedures, planning, and training materials.
  • Conduct code reviews for security compliance and performance, and ensure software solutions comply with Department of Defense cybersecurity and configuration management requirements.
  • Collaborate with government personnel and other contractors to deliver robust, secure, and efficient knowledge management solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Army IT environments.
  • Familiarity with Army Regulation 25-1 and Department of the Army Pamphlet 25-1-1 for IT operations.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense cybersecurity and information assurance policies and Defense Information Systems Agency Security Technical Implementation Guides.
  • Experience with configuration management boards and technical review boards.
  • Additional certifications in software development, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.
