Requirements
  • Experience in Wealth Management Operations, ideally in a bank, brokerage, or investment platform
  • Understanding of German & European wealth-related regulations (e.g., MiFID II, KAGB)
  • Deep understanding of the securities lifecycle and extensive industry knowledge
  • Broad knowledge of investment products: funds, structured products, mandates, ETFs, Stocks and Bonds
  • Good understanding of custody structures, portfolio booking, and corporate actions
  • Experience with applicable regulation and its implementation in the operational trading process
  • Fluency in German and English, other languages are always welcome
Responsibilities
  • Build and operate the wealth function within lemon.markets
  • Define processes and workflows for wealth operations
  • Ensure seamless daily execution of wealth management processes
  • Translate regulatory requirements into scalable, reliable processes
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design and implement wealth management processes
  • Shape and maintain core operational processes within the Investing Domain
  • Ensure a smooth and compliant end-to-end customer journey
  • Directly influence customer experience and scale operations for the long term
