Job Description
A Tech Lead who has worked with the setup and configuration of the Employee Central module of Success Factor and has good knowledge of:
• Business process discussions to map desired future processes.
• Map Customer data to available fields and sections (Foundation Objects and Employee Data).
• Standard Foundation Objects with propagation to support data consistency and referential integrity
• HR Data with Effective Dating
• Mapping of HR Data fields from Employee Central to Employee Profile
• Pre-configured Standard event & HR transactions (Hire, Rehire, Terminate, Leave or Absence, Terminate, Transfer, Promotion, Demotion, Probation, Job Change, Data Change, Job Reclassification, Pay Rate Change, Position Change, Return to Work).
• Globally defined standard workflows configured to the employee, manager and HR. Configuration of 20 workflows
• Role Based Permissions configured to employee, manager and HR

• Pre-configured Standard Reports including Demographic, Pay History and Headcount Reporting.
• Employee and Manager Self-Service.
• Assist in customer migration of current user records from a single source system to EC to create user records in SuccessFactors. A template will be provided to Customer for loading of user id's into Platform for creating the Success Factors user id to be used in single sign-on validation; in addition for remote access.
• Standard country-specific capabilities
• Support for single language packs including, date format, currency code and number format.
• Data export via ad hoc reporting.
• Attachment functionality (PDF and MS Office).
• Standard Employee Profile enablement (with standard / predefined Background Sections).
• FTP setup for one payroll export
• Configuration of Global Assignment
• Configuration of Mobile Organization Chart
• Configuration of Mobile transaction approval
