Requirements
  • Experience with setup and configuration of the Employee Central module of SuccessFactors and good knowledge of business process discussions to map desired future processes.
  • Ability to map customer data to Foundation Objects and Employee Data fields and sections.
  • Knowledge of Standard Foundation Objects with propagation to ensure data consistency and referential integrity.
  • Experience with HR Data with Effective Dating.
  • Mapping HR Data fields from Employee Central to Employee Profile.
  • Experience with pre-configured Standard events and HR transactions including Hire, Rehire, Terminate, Leave or Absence, Terminate, Transfer, Promotion, Demotion, Probation, Job Change, Data Change, Job Reclassification, Pay Rate Change, Position Change, Return to Work.
  • Configuration of globally defined standard workflows configured to the employee, manager and HR, including configuration of 20 workflows.
  • Role Based Permissions configured for employee, manager and HR roles, including detailed access variations: All Users view of Self, All Users view of Colleagues, All Managers, Reporting Super User, Administrators, All HR.
  • Pre-configured Standard Reports including Demographic, Pay History and Headcount Reporting.
  • Employee and Manager Self-Service capabilities.
  • Assist in customer migration of current user records from a single source system to Employee Central to create user records in SuccessFactors, including providing a template for loading user IDs for single sign-on validation and remote access.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the migration of current user records from a single source system to Employee Central to create user records in SuccessFactors.
  • Configure and map data for Employee Central, including Foundation Objects and Employee Data fields, to ensure data consistency and referential integrity.
  • Define and map customer data to Foundation Objects and Employee Data fields across HR processes.
  • Configure pre-configured Standard events and HR transactions such as Hire, Rehire, Terminate, Leave or Absence, Terminate, Transfer, Promotion, Demotion, Probation, Job Change, Data Change, Job Reclassification, Pay Rate Change, Position Change, Return to Work.
  • Configure and implement globally defined standard workflows for employees, managers, and HR, including 20 workflows.
  • Configure Role Based Permissions for employee, manager, and HR roles with various access controls.
  • Enable and configure Pre-configured Standard Reports including Demographic, Pay History and Headcount Reporting.
  • Enable and configure Employee and Manager Self-Service features.
  • Set up Data export via ad hoc reporting.
  • Set up Attachment functionality for PDFs and MS Office.
  • Enable Standard Employee Profile with predefined Background Sections.
  • Set up FTP for one payroll export.
  • Configure Global Assignment and Mobile Organization Chart.
  • Configure Mobile transaction approval.
  • Support for single language packs including date format, currency code, and number format.
  • Support for standard country-specific capabilities.
