Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong computer science fundamentals
  • Designed and implemented scalable data processing pipelines
  • Worked with all types of storage/persistence engines, including relational databases, document databases, key/value stores
  • Experience implementing various data warehousing architectures, including products like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift
  • SQL expert
  • Experience with distributed computing and knowledge of different frameworks, including Apache Spark
  • Manage AWS resources using infrastructure-as-code
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Expert at producing visuals for technical communication.
Responsibilities
  • Continually optimize Applecart’s core targeting capabilities
  • Join a colocated, hybrid-remote team of skilled and collaborative software engineers
  • Collective ownership of integrations with various external APIs
  • Large batch data processing pipelines and entity resolution algorithms
  • Partner closely with Product/Tech leadership, setting the course for the future of the company's technology.
