  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding navigation of MS Office products; CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Cross platform sales experience
  • Demonstrated relationships amongst clients and media agencies
  • Enthusiasm, passion, business acumen
Responsibilities
  • Create business plans to track the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support, working within current Fortune deal flow infrastructure
  • Remain in frequent contact with the other sellers and clients in your market
  • Become a Fortune expert and an expert on your clients’ needs so you can be helpful
  • Respond to & work through solutions aimed at customer satisfaction & preservation of Fortune’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales, forecasts, and performance
