Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource for data entry, collection, research, analysis, and maintenance
  • Enter data into CrowdStreet systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Facilitate communication between sponsor and investor on an as-needed basis, including reporting, corrections, training, and discipline
  • Conduct or assist in the analysis of data
  • Understand and present trends and anticipated outcomes in data
  • Analyze property and fund financial statements to extract relevant data points
  • Assist and support in the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reporting
  • Assist and support in the preparation of quarterly and annual valuations, including document retrieval
