Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support the channel sales team in the day to day sales activities by performing set administrative tasks that will free up time for our Channel team and allow them to remain focused on their Partners and maximizing their effective selling time
  • Conduct a thorough review of partner deal registrations submitted to validate and move through the approval process
  • Manage deal registration status reports to keep pending deal registrations moving forward
  • Analyze trends in deal registration to identify uptrends, downtrends and stagnation
  • Assist with the channel sales inbox to route purchase orders to the relevant channel sales team
  • Assist the Channel Account Management team in creating opportunities and quoting
  • Keep Salesforce up to date with correct information
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally to provide efficient solutions
  • Schedule meetings as needed
  • Participate in Partner Program Office strategies to assist the company in optimizing information related to the industry and partner needs
  • Shadow KnowBe4 Partner Program team members from varying levels of tenure
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand the KnowBe4 business model better
  • Learn how we leverage with channel partners to grow KnowBe4 business
  • Gain an understanding of the Partner Program Office business and strategy
  • Understand the deal registration lifecycle and when to approve
  • Translate classroom experience into practical application during the internship
