  • Demonstrated experience leading a service, support, or operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage response and resolution times across all open service cases, focusing on reducing aging and unresolved cases.
  • Establish proactive customer communication standards and serve as the escalation point for complex or sensitive cases.
  • Hold vendors, technicians, and Authorized Service Agents accountable to agreed service standards and timelines, and strengthen those relationships to accelerate resolutions.
  • Monitor vendor performance, warranty claims, and reimbursement.
  • Improve tracking and visibility across parts, vendors, technicians, and warranties.
  • Develop scalable service processes and identify opportunities to automate workflows and customer status updates.
  • Own department reporting and key performance indicators, including response times, open case volume, vendor delays, and resolution timelines.
  • Train, coach, and develop the service coordinators, and establish a departmental culture of urgency, ownership, and accountability.

  • Experience in foodservice equipment, warranty and Authorized Service Agent networks, or field service coordination.

Culinary Depot Opens Full-Service Store In Lakewood

The Culinary Depot on Wednesday announced it recently opened its fifth location, this time in Lakewood.The Spring Valley, New York-based retail store, known for its commercial kitchen equipment and supplies, has its newest location at 500 Oberlin Ave. S. The store offers all types of commercial kitchen equipment, including tabletop glassware, flatware, furniture, refrigeration, ovens, janitorial supplies and equipment. The Lakewood site also includes offices and a warehouse for local deliveries.Sholem Potash, president and founder, said: “We’ve had some of our top salespeople working out of Lakewood for several years now. It was only natural to open a store there.
