What believers are saying

  • Nonantum bought MSI Express in March 2025, signaling fresh capital and growth backing.
  • Ripon, Wisconsin opened in 2025, expanding liquid processing and packaging capacity.
  • PNC Erieview co-invested in 2025, showing lender confidence in MSI's scaled platform.

What critics are saying

  • Food safety failures remain real: the 2022 Unilever recall exposed allergen-labeling control gaps.
  • Revelio counted 898 employees in March 2026, while openings fell 56% from 2025.
  • If major brands diversify away after one recall or plant disruption, MSI loses utilization fast.

  • MSI Express now spans 16 facilities and 3 million square feet across six states.
  • Its stick-pack, aseptic, dry blending, and liquid packaging breadth reduces supplier handoffs.
