Requirements
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • A minimum of five years of recent experience providing enterprise-level information technology architecture and engineering services across network domains.
  • An Information Technology Infrastructure Library version 4 Practice Manager Certification or Information Technology Infrastructure Library version 4 Foundation Certification equivalent.
  • DoDM 8140.03 Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program certifications, with a minimum of Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional and Cisco Certified Network Professional.
  • A minimum of one year of recent experience providing executive-level technical briefings and presentations to senior personnel.
Responsibilities
  • Perform systems and network administration, operations maintenance, and associated activities for platforms installed throughout the enterprise.
  • Ensure enterprise operations meet defined service levels and serve as the contractor’s service owner for service solutions.
  • Apply security principles, practices, and procedures under the Risk Management Framework to maintain compliance with applicable security regulations.
  • Provide engineering development, integration, interface design analysis, infrastructure integration, and software and hardware testing services.
  • Perform system-level configuration of products, including validating the integration of hardware, software, operating systems, and other platform specifications while maintaining interoperability with existing legacy systems.
  • Plan and organize the contractor team’s technical work for all operations and maintenance of the enterprise-constructed networks.
  • Lead the Outage Response Team and oversee network outage response and recovery activities, including Continuity of Operations and disaster recovery operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolution activities during outages, including communication with other agencies and vendors.
  • Maintain and create the Incident Response Plan and review it quarterly to keep system names and procedures current and ensure outage response activities are documented appropriately.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least five years of recent experience managing enterprise information technology teams in geographically separated locations supporting operations and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, operating systems including Windows and UNIX/Linux, Microsoft databases and Structured Query Language databases, SharePoint, VMware, ESXi, software applications, scripting, storage area networks, and computer security in an enterprise.
  • A current Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certification.
  • A current Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert or Cisco Certified Design Expert certification.
  • At least six years of recent experience supporting global network systems and subsystems, troubleshooting LAN, Multiprotocol Label Switching, Border Gateway Protocol, wide area network, and network or service availability issues, and recommending system fixes and enhancements.
  • At least one information security certificate, such as CompTIA Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
  • At least two network certificates, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate or CompTIA Network+.
  • DoDI 8570.01 Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer Level III certification.

Foxhole awarded NASA SEWP VI Category B contract. Foxhole Technology, LLC, an employee-owned cybersecurity and technology services firm, has been selected by NASA as an awardee under Category B of the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI (SEWP VI) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. The award expands the ways federal agencies can access Foxhole's enterprise cybersecurity, modernization, software development, and engineering capabilities. NASA designed SEWP VI to provide federal agencies with streamlined access to commercial technology products and services. Category B, designated for Enterprise-Wide IT Service Solutions, focuses on strategic solutions that enhance agency information technology, communications, and audiovisual infrastructure through cloud services, managed services, shared services, and other enterprise-wide capabilities. The 10-year ordering period is scheduled to run from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2036, with each contract carrying a maximum value of $20 billion. "This award expands the acquisition options available to agencies seeking Foxhole's proven cybersecurity, modernization, and mission technology capabilities," said Gus Tomé, president of Foxhole Technology.
