  • The candidate must have 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office software and database programs.
  • The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily updates to the club websites with information from all club departments.
  • Maintain databases and files for membership and prospective members.
  • Coordinate and track member and prospective member activity.
  • Respond to routine membership and prospective member inquiries.
  • Conduct research on prospective membership leads as needed.
  • Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing on marketing campaigns, from organizing the marketing plan and writing copy and building creative through campaign execution and analysis.
  • Write copy and build creative for flyers, club calendars, menus, the Member Guide, Tournament Proposal, LGA Roster Booklet, and other club collateral.
  • Manage all social media platforms and the paid search campaign.
  • Hold collaborative meetings and interdepartmental communication to ensure cohesion, consistency, and quality of in-house materials.
  • Coordinate the Weekly Wire, update the member website and app, write and send other email communications, and manage other club-to-member media.
  • Answer calls and emails when the Director of Sales and Marketing is unavailable, schedule meetings, update ForeTees and Marketing Cloud email groups, update Salesforce, and send exit surveys.
  • Assist members with technical issues and problems, answer questions, and send paperwork as necessary.
  • Photograph club events and produce other needed images.
  • Answer prospective members' questions, provide literature, schedule appointments, and conduct prospect tours as needed.
  • Assist with event setup for special events and optimize Kids Camp registration practices.
  • Work with PGA TOUR headquarters Marketing and Creative teams on club-related projects.
