Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cyber Operations or Cyber/SIGINT Intelligence Analyst with a bachelor's or master's degree, 7 years with a Ph.D., 13 years with an associate's degree, or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree with a high school diploma.
  • A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Physical Science, or a related technical or analytical field.
  • Relevant military cryptologic or signals training programs, such as Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst, Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst, Intermediate Signals Analysis, or Advanced Signals Analysis.
  • A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Responsibilities
  • Process and analyze cyber mission data, SIGINT reporting, and threat metrics, and apply findings to cyber mission parameters while recommending TTPs, task organization, technologies, and courses of action supporting CONPLAN/OPLAN development.
  • Apply technical understanding of signal characteristics across RF and digital domains to determine compliance during the collection, processing, and retention of signals in accordance with applicable legal, policy, and USSID requirements.
  • Conduct cyber operations analysis, including network analysis and threat actor attribution, using traditional operational best practices and AI/ML-enabled, graph-based analytic tools.
  • Correlate cyber, SIGINT, GEOINT, and HUMINT intelligence to produce all-source assessments supporting operational planning and mission execution.
  • Provide SIGINT PED management support as a Cyberspace Operations Mission Management Coordinator and maintain awareness of operational dataflow across cryptologic systems on service and joint platforms.
  • Track and characterize current and emerging cyber threats using threat monitoring frameworks, APT tracking, MITRE ATT&CK, and kill chain analysis.
  • Maintain technical understanding of DODIN operations, digital modernization, cloud environments, Zero Trust Architecture, Mission Partner Environments, and endpoint security to inform defensive recommendations.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity, SOC/IR, and information security teams to support incident response, vulnerability assessment, and defense of critical infrastructure.
  • Translate complex cyber operations and intelligence workflows into technical and system requirements for engineering and development teams, and validate that analytic tooling, including AI/ML and graph-based platforms, supports defensive and offensive operations.
  • Develop SME-level papers, executive summaries, and presentations translating complex cyber/SIGINT findings for senior leadership, interagency, and coalition partners.
  • Develop training materials and provide hands-on training and mentorship to journeyman analysts on tradecraft, tools, and compliance procedures.
  • Represent the cyber operations and intelligence function in interagency and intelligence-community coordination forums, integrating cyber intelligence into tactical and strategic decision-making.

Accenture drops LearnVantage focus, shifts $9B to cybersecurity and mid-market expansion

Accenture is shifting its growth strategy, de-emphasising LearnVantage, a learning and training business it built and promoted heavily in 2024. Meanwhile, Accenture is redirecting resources toward cybersecurity, which has grown from $700 million in fiscal 2016 to $10 billion in fiscal 2025. The company is acquiring a majority stake in an operational technology security specialist, alongside two smaller firms, combining them into a platform for critical infrastructure. These assets generate $208 million in annual recurring revenue, growing at 48%. Accenture's acquisition budget for fiscal 2026 is approximately $9 billion against $73.1 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue. The company has also launched Accenture Edge, targeting mid-market companies. The stock is down 24.3% over the past year.

Accenture acquires Dutch SAP partner McCoy to boost mid-market AI and ERP capabilities

Accenture has agreed to acquire McCoy, a Dutch SAP transformation partner specialising in mid-market companies. Upon closing, McCoy will join Accenture Edge, the firm's mid-market business serving companies with annual revenues between $300 million and $3 billion. Founded in 2012, McCoy operates from the Netherlands with offices in Spain and the Philippines. The company employs over 380 professionals who design, implement and manage SAP solutions across ERP, data and business applications. McCoy holds SAP Gold Partner status and serves clients in high-tech, manufacturing, public sector, utilities and retail. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture Edge's position in the EMEA mid-market whilst expanding SAP modernisation capabilities in the Netherlands. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
