- U.S. Citizenship is required. Must have or be willing to apply for and maintain a security clearance
- Lead the TPM team, partnering with Technical Leads to define top priority initiatives, priorities, and timelines with cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to support employee development
- Serve as a liaison for the technical teams to drive effective communication and support sound decision making with program managers, systems engineers, and relevant stakeholders
- Help build relationships with customers through strategic planning and execution excellence
- Responsible for engineering reviews and risk management, driving clear actionable plans to close gaps
- Recommend, develop, and implement critical engineering and/or business processes and tools to increase the quality of product lifecycle execution
