Requirements

  • Perform wide variety of administrative duties as assigned

Responsibilities
  • Serves customers and Sales Managers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by answering calls and responding to customer inquiries or requests in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers with questions regarding order status, pricing, and shipping issues
  • Accurate data entry of customer orders
  • Working with sales representatives and managers for pricing overrides, special products, and problem resolution with customer accounts
  • Answering telephone and utilizing the switchboard to transfer calls as needed
  • Assist the team as needed and be able to backup other jobs during vacations and illness
Desired Qualifications
  • 2 year Business related degree (preferred)
  • AS400 experience is helpful
