- Five (5) years of operation experience within the last seven (7) years producing precision T/FDOA geolocation solutions from terrestrial, airborne, and/or space borne systems, with NSA, one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor).
- Two (2) or more years of teaching experience or current instructor experience in passive geolocation technologies is highly desired.
- To obtain an instructor certification, the Instructor Candidate must hold a Passive Geolocation Operator Certification, or be in the recertification window.
- The Instructor Candidate must learn all NSAG Passive Geolocation course material and co-teach one NSAG Passive Geolocation course.
- To qualify for this labor category, the Instructor Candidate must obtain Passive Geolocation Instructor Certification within 30 days of indoctrination on the contract.
- Provide on-site and 24/7 /365 real-time mentoring support.
- Develop working aids, maintain currency records for JOIO operators, course curriculum, and training references.
- Provide the government with advice for job qualification standards.
- Maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT mission.
- Instruct platform-training courses in the areas of multi-aperture collection and language-enabled passive geolocation operations.
- Two (2) or more years of teaching experience or current instructor experience in passive geolocation technologies is highly desired.
