  • Availability for overtime, after-hours work, and on-call duties

  • Understanding of budget constraints and time-sensitive project delivery
  • Ability to serve as the main point of contact for regional or project-specific task
  • High level of professionalism in client and vendor interactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain security systems such as CCTV, access control and alarm systems for various properties and clients
  • Provide technical expertise to test and troubleshoot systems
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on security equipment
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate systems. Provide end user training and support as required
  • Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to integrate security systems with network infrastructure
  • The ability to travel within Canada will at times be asked to assist with client projects, however the priority will be to remain within your regional area
  • As a front line representee of the company, you are expected to set a high-level professionalism when dealing with clients, owner’s representatives, as well as venders when communicating and / or working within their facility
  • Familiarize and adhere to all company safety policies, Occupational Health & Safety regulations and QA/QC procedures
  • As the main point of contact for either a project or regional representative, all calls, work requests, scheduling and execution of work will filter through you
  • Provide estimating assistance, assist with take-offs, preparation of schedules along with other project management functions
