Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge by meticulously coordinating and managing implementation efforts, ensuring every detail aligns with our defined work-plan.
  • Craft the blueprint for success with a project notebook and work schedule, tailored to the scope of services.
  • Secure unwavering support from both Rialtic and our valued clients, ensuring they're fully aligned with project plans and milestones.
  • Be the driving force behind the progress of Rialtic and client committees, ensuring they stay on track against the plan.
  • Masterfully orchestrate and document client-facing meetings, spanning medical policy, technology, communication, training, finance, and testing committees.
  • Commit to follow-through, ensuring that Rialtic and client commitments are met and resources are utilized effectively.
  • Your eagle eye will spot and resolve implementation-related issues across all aspects of delivery, ensuring a smooth journey.
  • Keep everyone in the loop with timely status reports on key milestones, project progress, upcoming activities, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to deliver projects that strike the perfect balance between scope, schedule, resources, and quality.
  • Fulfill your delivery responsibilities as outlined in our Implementations Responsibility Matrix.
  • Craft engaging and informative IS-specific project and technical presentations for various meetings, such as Steering, Weekly, or Checkpoint Meetings.
  • Establish exceptional professional relationships within each client department participating in the implementation, from medical policy to claims, provider relations, corporate communications, information technology, and finance/actuarial.
  • Keep an eye out for opportunities to expand our business relationship with the client and communicate these prospects to the VP of Implementations for pursuit.
  • Leverage the VP of Implementations to strengthen relationships with client executives who play a vital role in our success, even if they're not directly involved in the day-to-day implementation.
  • Master the art of integrating and transitioning to Client Success, ensuring client operational cycles are fully understood and impeccably supported by Rialtic.
