Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in the software space
  • Proven experience in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, Gong, and other or equivalent sales enablement tools
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Experience selling into industrial sectors a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the account executive sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support
  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard the next generation of A+ sellers at GreenSpark
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, enhance customer acquisition, and increase market share
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management
  • Work closely with product development, onboarding, customer success, and billing teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
