We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who’s great at juggling multiple projects and thrives in fast-changing environments. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with different teams, and turning ideas into real solutions, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design for Both Worlds: Create tools for employees and experiences for customers.
• Collaborate Widely: Work with teams across the company—from shop floors to product teams.
• Clarify the Complex: Use visuals to align teams and drive progress.
• Prototype & Test: Turn ideas into designs and refine them through feedback.
• Influence Direction: Help shape product plans, service strategies, and tools.
• Tell the Story: Build clear, compelling presentations that explain your design thinking.
• Facilitate Workshops: Help plan and run Design Thinking sessions to align teams and spark ideas.

What We’re Looking For

• You’re a great listener and can connect the dots others might miss.
• You’ve got 6+ years of experience in design research, service design, or systems thinking.
• You’re comfortable starting from scratch and figuring things out as you go.
• You can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to work on the details.
• You’re just as happy talking to customers or staff as you are designing in Figma.
• You’re a strong communicator and can bring different teams together around a shared vision.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in the automotive world or other complex service industries.
• Familiarity with internal tools and systems that support employee workflows.
