Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday Architect or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend.
  • Solid understanding of cross-functional implications of system changes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday solutions, focusing on Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend.
  • Lead all aspects of the configuration and management of Workday security, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Workday Extend to meet unique business needs.
  • Analyze and improve the user experience by understanding the impact of system changes on different user groups.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other partners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices. Proactively find opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving Workday processes and outcomes. Monitor key metrics and report on the effectiveness of the Workday initiatives.
