  • 5-8+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, and/or field marketing
  • Experience building and shaping content and experiences for events like customer summits, customer education training events, and customer roundtables
  • Strong relationship building skills with Sales, Customer Success, and other key internal stakeholders
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • Passion for serving and partnering with customers
  • Strong leadership and influencer skill set
  • Deep curiosity, excellent listening skills, strong empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional work
  • Results driven with analytical chops to measure the effectiveness of advocacy programs
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
Responsibilities
  • Drive customer engagement with digital and in-person customer training program
  • Support the Customer Conference
  • Uncover and tell customers' stories
  • Drive key customer references for priority GTM initiatives
  • Mature internal and external processes and communication
  • Develop and execute new programs and campaigns
  • Measure content and program effectiveness
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles
