Requirements
  • 2+ years of industry experience in a full-stack or DevOps role working with Cloud technologies.
  • Being adept at handling cross-team partnerships and developing relationships for cross-team collaboration.
  • Motivation to find and address the root causes that detract from supporting our collaborators, independently or with a team!
  • Empathy for those using the tools and services that we build and maintain.
Responsibilities
  • Develop frontend and backend code (depending on the use case), mostly in Typescript, Node.js, and React. This can vary by project and/or developer affinity during the planning cycle.
  • Team up with other Software Engineers to assist with clarifying requirements, functional design, development, and maintenance of platform enhancements.
  • Work directly with collaborators to understand technical implementation details and assist with enablement content.
  • Working on multiple software projects, sometimes simultaneously.
  • You will assist in fixing internal issues with our platform.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience integrating with Salesforce a plus
  • Previous Elasticsearch experience (recommended)
  • Has prior experience building and operating Department of Defense (DoD) Impact Level 4 or above cloud service environments, and/or
  • Is eligible to work in Department of Defense (DoD) Impact Level 4 or above cloud service environments
